This is a screen shot of the demographics entry form where the information that your customers provide to you on the response cards is entered. Also, any demographic observations by your service personnel can be entered here. 

So, you can see how easy it is to enter demographic information. It can literally take seconds to enter each response with a quick client search then a few mouse clicks.  Analyzing the data is just as quick and easy!

Service Score Card is customizable to your business.  You can change the questions you ask to meet the needs of your business.


And after your field personnel complete a job, your clients can let you know exactly how they perceive your company's performance. Employee job performance information is entered  with point and click ease.

OK, but how do I analyze this information? I haven't got hours for this type of office work!

The form below is how you will analyze the information that your customers return. Simply choose the type of report you want, and click on the Print button. You do not need to know anything about demographic analysis, or statistical packages to print reports that will tell you exactly who your customers are, and how your people are performing.

I have all of my clients in other software.  Can I import them into Service Score Card ?

You can export from most accounting programs and contact managers in generic text or mail merge formats.  Service Score Card can easily import text, spreadsheet, and QuickBooks exported file formats.  Import is also point and click simple, even for difficult import formats.

As you can see, you will be able to pinpoint who your customers are, and where they live. The performance reports will show you how your employees are perceived by your customers, and who is most likely to use your service again.

The general format of the many of the reports is a summary area at the top, with detailed information below. The data is presented by time period, with separate columns for actual response counts, and a percentage break down. Using these reports, you will be able to fine tune the way you operate your business to meet the needs of your customers.

Service Score Card also comes with sample return cards in word processor format to allow you to customize your cards for you business.  As sample mail merge document is also included for corresponding with your clients who request more information.
